Dr. Lea Lis

Chief Executive Officer, Chief Medical Officer, & Founder

Dr. Lea Lis is double board-certified in Child and Adult Psychiatry, with over 25 years of clinical experience treating thousands of patients across the full spectrum of mental health conditions. Her career began at age 15, working at Hillside Psychiatric Hospital — a formative experience that set the course for a distinguished career in psychiatry.

Dr. Lis is a nationally recognized expert, scholar, and media voice in the field of mental health. Her clinical philosophy is rooted in evidence-based care, early intervention, and the belief that with the right support, people of all ages can achieve lasting well-being. She treats a wide range of conditions — including ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma — and is committed to delivering the highest standard of psychiatric care to individuals and families alike

Dr. Tracy Gangi

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Tracy Gangi is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. She has 30 years of experience and is excited to continuously broaden her horizons. Her prior work as a school psychologist generated an interest in strong diagnostic skills, which continue to pave the way in creating effective treatment plans for each of her clients. Dr. Gangi utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral therapies, and trauma-informed therapies such as Internal Family Systems and Polyvagal Theory to help heal the body, mind and spirit. Her interests lie in helping you overcome any obstacle that might be in your way so that you can reach your fullest potential. Dr. Gangi is very committed to a constant learning process and has completed a year long psychedelic therapy training, covering MDMA, psilocybin, and ketamine.


Jennifer McIntosh

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

PhD PMHNP-BC, CNE, NEA-BC

Jennifer McIntosh is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of nursing experience spanning emergency departments and behavioral health settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the New York Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Healthcare Systems Management from Loyola University, and both a Master of Science as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from Adelphi University.

Dr. McIntosh serves as a faculty member for nursing programs in New York and Connecticut. Her scholarly contributions include publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national and international conferences. These contributions reflect her ongoing commitment to advancing mental health care practices and outcomes. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed and humanistic care principles, and she is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an evidence-based modality that helps individuals resolve trauma in a non-invasive manner.


Jacqueline Rambo

NYS Certified School Psychologist

Jacqueline is a school psychologist currently completing her Psy.D. through supervised training. She brings over eight years of experience, having worked extensively with children, adolescents, and families.

Jacqueline specializes in Learning Disorders including Dyslexia, as well as ADHD and Autism. Her clinical interests include adult therapy, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Jacqueline has advanced training in psychological and psychoeducational assessment, behavioral intervention, parent training, and therapy with children and adolescents. She is experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play-based approaches, and behavioral consultation. Jacqueline is certified in the administration of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2), and is trained in the diagnostic evaluation of autism spectrum disorders.

Born and raised in Southampton, Jacqueline values the strength of community and connection in supporting families. Outside of her professional work, Jacqueline enjoys spending time on the water sailing and with her Sussex Spaniel, Willow, whom she is currently training for therapy dog work.


Cristina Greeven Cuomo

Nutrition Health Coach

Cristina Cuomo is an integrative nutrition health coach. She is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Arts and Sciences as well as the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is also the founder and editor of PURIST, an online and in-print media platform and podcast, which has covered health and wellness since 2017. As a magazine editor and journalist for 30 years, Cuomo launched, worked at, or ran publishing houses such as Interview magazine, Manhattan File, Modern Luxury magazines like Manhattan, Hamptons and Los Angeles Confidential, and hosted shows at Plum TV and PBS’ Best Places to Live. Cuomo has three children, Bella, Mario and Carolina with her husband, Chris Cuomo, who is an anchor at News Nation.

Cuomo offers health coaching to families in the community who struggle with establishing good nutrition and health habits for long-term well-being.
