Our Services
At Hampton Insight, we are proud to lead a paradigm shift in mental health care—rooted in compassion, clinical integrity, and the transformative potential of psychedelic and integrative therapies.
As a trauma-responsive, woman-led practice, we understand how deeply trauma impacts both mind and body. Our care is grounded in science and guided by a deeply human approach.
We offer a range of innovative services, including traditional talk therapy, somatic practices, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and holistic supports—all tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Our team of ketamine-trained psychotherapists and integrative providers work within a safe, ethical framework to support healing through expanded states of consciousness, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with self and others.
We don’t pathologize pain—we create space for transformation, choice, and agency. Our evidence-based, somatically informed therapies serve individuals, couples, and families in both in-person and virtual formats. At Hampton Insight, healing is collaborative—and radical in its belief that with the right support, people can truly change.
