Hampton Insight Integrative Mental Health
At Hampton Insight, we offer holistic and evidence-based therapies—including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, trauma-informed therapy, and alternative wellness treatments —to support deep healing and lasting transformation. We are one of the only mental health practices dedicated to a more holistic approach to mental health and dedicated to getting patients stabilized or off more traditional medications options.
What is Integrative Mental Health?
Integrative mental health is grounded in the understanding that mental health challenges rarely have a single cause—and healing requires more than symptom management. It invites us to consider how trauma, nervous system dysregulation, chronic stress, relational patterns, biological imbalances, and emotional pain all interact. Instead of relying on one method or diagnosis, we draw from neuroscience, somatic psychology, psychiatry, and holistic wellness to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
At Hampton Insight, we bring this philosophy to life through compassionate, client-centered care. We utilize a range of evidence-based and innovative services, including:
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (individual and group)
Trauma-informed therapy using IFS, DBT, and somatic approaches
Couples therapy, including psychedelic-assisted and oxytocin-enhanced sessions
Peptide protocols, nutritional support, and wellness optimization
Our goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and move toward lasting transformation—whether that means deepening insight, building emotional resilience, or exploring alternatives to long-term psychiatric medication.
🧭 How Does the Ketamine Treatment Process Begin?
PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION / INITIAL INTAKE
Every ketamine treatment begins with an individual initial psychiatric evaluation and preparation, regardless of individual or group therapy. This comprehensive 90-minute session encompasses both medical and psychological screenings. During this evaluation, your provider will also prepare you by explaining the treatment process, carefully reviewing our consent form and addressing any questions you may have. Your provider will assess whether Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a suitable treatment option for you and determine your eligibility for the medication.
How much of a financial investment is ketamine treatment?
At Hampton Insight, we understand that ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is a meaningful financial investment. The cost reflects not only the clinical preparation and specialized care involved, but also the well-documented therapeutic potential of ketamine as part of a structured treatment protocol.
Research has shown that ketamine, when paired with psychotherapy via integration support, can lead to rapid and sustained reductions in symptoms of:
Treatment-resistant depression
Generalized anxiety and panic
Post-traumatic stress
Suicidal ideation
Emotional numbness or disconnection
Unlike traditional antidepressants that may take weeks to show effects, ketamine often facilitates noticeable relief within hours or days, helping to restore a sense of hope, emotional openness, and connection. Many clients report feeling more present, engaged, and able to access underlying emotions and insights that had previously been inaccessible.
Through six structured ketamine sessions, supported by psychotherapy via integration work, clients are guided in meaningfully processing their experiences, making sense of what emerges, and embedding those insights into lasting change.
For those with out-of-network mental health benefits, we provide detailed receipts (superbills) for insurance reimbursement. We also offer a sliding scale to ensure accessibility for clients based on financial need.
Investing in KetamineTreatment
INDIVIDUAL PRICING
INITIAL PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION → $700
PREPARATION SESSION → $300 each
KETAMINE SESSIONS → $700 each
INTEGRATION SESSIONS → $300 each
Every ketamine session must be followed by at least one integration session.
It is recommended to do six ketamine treatments, which are scheduled on a weekly basis, with the integration session in between.
INDIVIDUAL TREATMENT PLAN
If you are suitable for the treatment and choose individual therapy, you will be scheduled for a ketamine session. This is approximately a three hour appointment, during which the medication is administered to you and a trained provider will be present to ensure your comfort, safety, and guide you through your journey. Your experience will be accompanied by music and note taking of your thoughts.
Following your ketamine session you will be scheduled for an integration session which will be conducted within a few days of your ketamine session. This appointment is a 45 min session, during which you will speak with your provider and integrate the experiences and knowledge you gained from your ketamine journey.
What are Ketamine Groups?
🌿 Group Ketamine Therapy: Because Healing Happens in Connection

Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, group ketamine therapy combines science, structure, and shared experience to help you move forward.
