  • Brittany Cook, LMSW

Description Trauma and mental health challenges can affect how you think, feel, and connect—with others and with yourself. You may feel stuck in survival mode—constantly anxious, emotionally shut down, overwhelmed, or unsure of why certain patterns keep repeating. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and healing is possible. I’m Brittany, a Licensed Social Worker with over eight years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate mental health challenges.

I specialize in evidence-based treatment and trauma-informed therapy, helping clients navigate complex trauma, mood and personality disorders, co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges, emotional dysregulation, loss, and behavioral difficulties. My approach integrates research-based interventions with empathetic, holistic, client-centered care.

In therapy, I offer a safe, empathetic, and collaborative environment where you can explore what’s been holding you back and begin healing at your own pace. My work is client-centered, deeply rooted in trust and respect.
