  • Lea DeFrancisci Lis M.D.

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & FOUNDER

    Lea DeFrancisci Lis M.D. is a double board certified Adult and Child psychiatrist and Assistant Clinical Professor at New York University School of Medicine. Throughout her career, Dr DeFrancisci Lis has advocated for better care for children at both the professional and political level. Dr. DeFrancisci Lis graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Dartmouth College.

  • Dr. Tracy Gangi

    CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

    Dr. Tracy Gangi is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. She has 30 years of experience and is excited to continuously broaden her horizons. Her prior work as a school psychologist generated an interest in strong diagnostic skills, which continue to pave the way in creating effective treatment plans for each of her clients. Dr. Gangi utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral therapies, and trauma-informed therapies such as Internal Family Systems and Polyvagal Theory to help heal the body, mind and spirit. Her interests lie in helping you overcome any obstacle that might be in your way so that you can reach your fullest potential. Dr. Gangi is very committed to a constant learning process and has completed a year long psychedelic therapy training, covering MDMA, psilocybin, and ketamine.

  • Brittany Cook, LMSW

    Brittany Cook is a licensed social worker with a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through complex trauma and mental health challenges. She earned her Master of Social Work from Fordham University, graduating summa cum laude and as a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society. Known for her warm, grounded presence, she creates a safe and collaborative space for healing.

    Brittany provides trauma-informed, evidence-based care using an integrative approach that includes DBT, CBT, EMDR, IFS, and somatic practices. Guided by the belief that we are not meant to merely survive—but to thrive—she helps clients move out of survival mode and into lives of greater connection, clarity, and emotional freedom. Her clinical work focuses on PTSD, developmental trauma, emotional dysregulation, mood and personality disorders, and co-occurring substance use.

    A certified ketamine-assisted psychotherapist, Brittany completed immersive training through the Ketamine Training Center. Along with delivering ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as part of her integrative trauma treatment approach, she currently serves as the outreach specialist and educator on Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy at Hampton Insight, and leads trauma-responsive CBT and DBT groups for youth and families in collaboration with Mindful Kid.

  • Cristina Greeven Cuomo, Nutrition Health Coach

    Cristina Cuomo is an integrative nutrition health coach. Cristina is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Arts and Sciences as well as the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Cristina is also the founder and editor of PURIST, an online and in-print media platform and podcast, which has covered health and wellness since 2017. As a magazine editor and journalist for 30 years, Ms. Cuomo launched, worked at, or ran publishing houses such as Interview magazine, Manhattan File, Modern Luxury magazines like Manhattan, Hamptons and Los Angeles Confidential, and hosted shows at Plum TV and PBS’ Best Places to Live. Ms. Cuomo has three children, Bella, Mario and Carolina with her husband, Chris Cuomo, who is an anchor at News Nation.

    Ms. Cuomo offers health coaching to families in the community who struggle with establishing good nutrition and health habits for long-term well-being. 

At Hampton Insight, we strive to work together with our patients, practicing self-care and focusing on inner healing using psychedelics for mental health.
