Integrative Mental Health at Hampton Insight
At Hampton Insight, we are proud to lead a paradigm shift in mental health care—rooted in compassion, clinical integrity, and the transformative potential of psychedelic and integrative therapies. As a trauma-responsive, woman-led practice, we understand how deeply trauma impacts both mind and body. Our care is grounded in science and guided by a deeply human approach.
We offer a range of innovative services, including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), traditional talk therapy, somatic practices, and holistic supports—all tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Our team of ketamine-trained psychotherapists and integrative providers work within a safe, ethical framework to support healing through expanded states of consciousness, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with self and others.
We don’t pathologize pain—we create space for transformation, choice, and agency. Our evidence-based, somatically informed therapies serve individuals, couples, and families in both in-person and virtual formats. At Hampton Insight, healing is collaborative—and radical in its belief that with the right support, people can truly change.
Ketamine Therapy
Individual (In-Person, IM):
This trauma-informed treatment supports emotional healing, enhances neuroplasticity, and reduces symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Sessions include intramuscular ketamine administration in a medically supervised setting followed by in-depth psychotherapy for integration and insight. Delivered over the course of six consecutive weeks, this structured model allows for cumulative transformation through guided, evidence-based care.
Group (In-Person, IM):
Group ketamine therapy offers a unique opportunity for healing through shared experience, emotional connection, and supported processing. Participants engage in three ketamine sessions, each followed by group integration led by licensed clinicians. This model fosters personal insight, interpersonal growth, and a sense of belonging within a safe, therapeutic environment.
Virtual Ketamine Assisted-Therapy (NYS Residents):
A remote, accessible option for qualifying New York State residents. Clients receive ketamine lozenges under psychiatric supervision and engage in virtual preparation and integration sessions with trained therapists. This approach is effective for treating depression, trauma, and anxiety while allowing clients to heal from the comfort of home.
